Infinity can make all the necessary arrangements with your veterinary practice to collect your pet on your behalf, or, if you prefer, we can organise collection directly from your home.
To ensure everything is in place, please contact us before your veterinary appointment so we can coordinate the collection. A collection fee applies for both home and veterinary practice collections. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your pet directly to Infinity by prior arrangement.

Farewell and Goodbye Options
Farewell Rooms For Privacy - Available - Our private Farewell Room provides a calm and comforting space where you can spend time with your beloved pet and say your final goodbye in peace and privacy.
Additional Services and Options
Ashes Returned - Yes - If it is more convenient, we can arrange for your pet's ashes to be returned either to your home or your veterinary practice for a small additional charge. Alternatively, you are very welcome to collect them directly from Infinity. We simply ask that you contact us in advance so we can arrange a convenient appointment and have everything ready for your visit.
