Following the cremation, families can choose from a selection of urns and keepsakes for their pet’s ashes. The team can also offer guidance on the available options, helping you select something that feels appropriate for you and your family.

Communal Pet Cremation - Available - With communal cremation, several pets are cremated together rather than individually. This means it is not possible to return ashes to each family. The combined ashes are instead treated with care and respectfully scattered in a peaceful setting.

Same Day Service - A same-day cremation option is available for families who would prefer to have their pet’s ashes returned without having to wait. This service costs an additional £35 and is offered for pets received into their care before 1pm.

Same-day appointments are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. As spaces can fill quickly, families are advised to contact the crematorium as early as possible to check whether a same-day cremation can be arranged.

Attended Pet Cremation - Attended cremation gives family members and close friends the opportunity to be present at the crematorium and spend some private time saying goodbye to their pet in the dedicated Rainbow Room. When the family is ready, they can remain present as their pet is carefully placed into the cremator.

This option can provide additional reassurance for those who would like to witness how their pet is cared for and know that the cremation is carried out individually and respectfully.

Pre Paid Pet Cremation Plan - A pre-paid cremation plan is available for families who would like to contribute towards their pet’s future cremation costs. Payments can start from £10 per month, with the flexibility to change, pause or make additional contributions at any time. Any outstanding balance is simply payable when the cremation service is needed.
