Individual Pet Cremation (private) - Available - We specialise in certified Individual pet cremations were only your pets ashes are returned. We guarantee an individual cremation within 24/48hrs.
Communal Pet Cremation - Not Available
Attended Cremation - If you wish, you may arrange an attended cremation and remain present during the process. For additional reassurance, every cremation is accompanied by certified individual cremation documentation, and our facilities are monitored by CCTV to help provide complete peace of mind.
Same Day Cremation - Same-day cremation appointments are available Monday to Friday before 2pm, excluding Bank Holidays. Please note that the same-day service is an additional option and is charged separately alongside the standard individual cremation fee.

Via Veterinary Practices - Available - Free within 20-mile radius
As part of our cremation package, we can provide a complimentary collection service from either your home or veterinary practice within a 20-mile radius of our location, subject to availability and for pets over 5kg in weight.
Every pet is transported with the utmost professionalism, compassion, and dignity throughout their journey into our care.
If you are located outside of our complimentary 20-mile collection area, we may still be able to assist, although an additional charge of up to £25 may apply depending on the distance involved.
It’s always best to contact the business directly to confirm availability and discuss the options available.
Farewell and Goodbye Options
Farewell Room For Privacy - Available - There is no charge for the use of our Farewell Room. If you choose to bring your pet to us personally, you are welcome to spend as much quiet time with them as you need before saying goodbye.

Ashes Returned - Yes - We aim to have your pet’s ashes ready for collection within 48 hours whenever possible. In some circumstances, same-day collection or delivery can also be arranged, although additional charges may apply during particularly busy periods.
