With our collection service, we arrive in a dedicated pet hearse and collect your pet individually at the arranged time from either your home or veterinary practice.
We aim to provide a responsive service and, depending on the time of contact and availability, we can often arrange collection on the same working day.
If you would like us to arrange collection of your pet, 24 hours’ notice is appreciated whenever possible, although this is not essential. Simply call us on 0115 981 6850 and we will help you make the necessary arrangements.
Collections and returns are charged on a mileage basis from your home or vet. To ensure a dignified and personal experience, collection of your pet’s ashes is arranged by appointment only.
It’s always best to contact the business directly to confirm availability and discuss the options available.
